There are different types of intelligence found in people. We are going to be looking at seven different types of intelligence that we have. I am going to be discussing: Linguistic Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Bodily-kinesthetic Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, and Naturalistic intelligence

The first one is Linguistic intelligence

1. Linguistic intelligence

People with linguistic intelligence are individuals skilled in activities such as reading, talking, telling stories, writing poems, and learning languages. For some people, they derive satisfaction in talking and reading. As a matter of fact, people with linguistic intelligence can talk or write for a longer period of time. If you are fond of writing, talking, and learning new languages, you definitely have linguistic intelligence.

2. Spatial Intelligence

People who develop spatial intelligence are good at solving spatial problems such as drawing, painting, reading maps, looking at pictures, or playing construction games. Spatial intelligence involves the ability to use the mind to visualize. These type of people carry out these tasks effortlessly.

3. Musical Intelligence

People with musical intelligence have the ability to learn different sounds. They are gifted with the ability to translate sounds into a great song. They also sing and listen to music. They also like playing musical instruments, compose songs, and enjoy going to concerts. People with musical intelligence may notice off-key notes and errors in songs and tunes.

4. Bodily-kinesthetic Intelligence

It is the ability to use the whole body in the expression of ideas and feelings. Bodily-kinesthetic learners enjoy creating work with their hands. They also have a lot of energy and need to move their body. Children who show kinesthetic intelligence are good at dancing, acting, imitating gestures or expressions, playing sports, running, moving, and jumping.

5. Intrapersonal Intelligence

Intrapersonal Intelligence is usually found in individuals who prefer to work independently, set goals and focus on achieving them. These people understand their feelings and know their strengths and weaknesses. Individuals who are strong in intrapersonal intelligence are good at being aware of their own emotional states, feelings, and motivations.

6. Interpersonal Intelligence

Interpersonal intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with others. It involves effective verbal and nonverbal communication. It is common among people that are good at talking, working in teams, helping others, mediating conflicts, and meeting new people.

7. Naturalistic intelligence

Naturalistic intelligence is the ability to identify, classify and manipulate elements of the environment, objects, animals or plants. These people naturally fall in love with nature. They care about the environment and like to be in touch with nature. People with this kind of intelligence enjoy doing activities such as camping, hiking, caring for animals and learning about nature.
